Brief

No matter how productive you are, how much money you make or how many books you read. If you’re not healthy, nothing makes sense. Good health should be your primary goal.

But health and fitness are unfortunately also a huge business, and it gets harder to weed out the good advice from marketing sales pitch.  I’m a living proof of this. I’ve been working out on and off since my 16. I never achieved anything, but sure enough, I spent a lot of money for useless equipment, unnecessary supplements, magazines and other stuff.

I don’t want you to make the same mistakes, that’s why I have decided to create THE NEW FITNESS.

This project is about your body, your only meaning and ultimate possession you really need in a good shape, not the newest iPhone or the fastest car.

TE NEW FITNESS is a philosophy of life built around common sense. It stands on the fundamental idea that your body is a temple for your soul.
